Lead Volunteers

Rammel Cadusale

Leader of Audio/Visual Communications

Rammel grew up in Manila Philippines where he worked for Ace Hardware for three years, and met his wife Ren who naturally became his best friend. 2010 found Rammel working in Saudi Arabia and after two years, he returned to the Philippines and entered the tourist industry. A friend suggested Phuket Thailand to him for employment and so off he went. Soon, his wife Ren joined him in Phuket and Alexandra and Alexander soon joined Team Cadusale as well. The Cadusale family life verse is Matthew 6:32-34. Ram has been managing Blu Anda Company, coffee shop and restaurant since 2012. Ren and Rammel have been attending ANCP since September 2018.

Freya Eve

Leader of Media Relations

Freya is a British/Thai national and was baptized in England in 2003 when she was 19 years old. In 2013, she moved to Phuket and in 2016, she began volunteering in this role at ANCP. She is married to Dominic and has 2 young children Wolf and Leo. She owns and manages a wedding dress and lingerie shop in Phuket town. Serving God and His church gives much meaning and joy to her life. When she is focused on Christ and His demonstration in the Bible of how to live in community, she feels she is a better mother, wife and member of society. Sharing her faith and encouraging others to seek Christ has become important in her daily routine. It is a great honor for her to serve at ANCP.

Christerine Ooi

Leader of Family Ministry

Christerine was born and raised in Singapore. After years of working as a corporate executive and then a part of the Singapore Police Force, she quit to start her own business and focus on raising her little girl. In 2008, Christerine came to the end of herself and met Christ and then started a new career journeying with individuals with special needs. Christerine believes that God has called her to empower His beloved families to experience the goodness of Christ. Christerine arrived in Phuket Thailand in 2018, became part of ANCP family and has been serving as the leader of Family Ministry since October 2019. She prays she will be able to co-lead (with other ANCP leaders) precious people beside calm waters and on green meadows to experience His relentless love.

Chris Codding

Co-leader of Connect Ministry

Chris comes from the city of Santa Rosa, California where he spent most of his time playing sports, attending church, and chumming around with friends. As a youth, Chris learned about God and was very involved in the Christian community. God first got a hold of his heart when he was in junior high; however, it was a slow process being transformed from wanting to just “look good” and do "good things," to actually being fueled by true heart change from the love of God. Since God gave him a new heart, Chris has served the Lord through his former job as a wildland firefighter, as a camp counselor, and through various activities he enjoys (including running, surfing, and general adventuring). God led Chris to Phuket in May of 2021, a process that has both grown and humbled Chris. Now, he is grateful to be able to serve at ANCP, as well as at For Freedom International. Chris’ main desire is for others to know God for who He truly is and live lives that glorify Jesus Christ. He is passionate to pursue transformation through the renewal of our minds through God’s gospel, and is committed to living out what it means to value Jesus Christ above all things. Chris is honored to seek these pursuits headlong with you here in Phuket!

Kaura-lea Codding

Co-leader of Connect Ministry

Kaura-lea was born into a Christian family in the city of Calgary in Canada, and she served in many different kinds of ministries at her local church throughout the years while God continued to grow and solidify her faith in Him. The Lord led Kaura-lea to participate in several short-term missions experiences in Ecuador as a teenager, which developed her heart for cross-cultural ministry and was a part of bringing her to Thailand. Kaura-lea has been working with For Freedom International in Phuket since 2015, and she is grateful to serve in the international family of Christ at ANCP.
